Terms & Conditions

  1. All prices shown is in Singapore Dollars(SGD).
  2. Payment can be made through Paypal Account ann.jewelleryshop@gmail.com (temporary unavailable) or ATM Transfer/iBanking to our POSB Saving Account.
  3. Please make your payment within 2 days upon ordering, failing which, your order will be cancelled and put up for sale again. Please do not place any orders if you have no intention to make payment.
  4. Please email us the type of mode that payment had been made with details of transaction number, amount and date/time made.
  5. Orders will be process once payment had been confirmed. It may take around 2 - 5 working days to reach.
  6. All orders will be delivered using Normal Postage through SingPost.
  7. Registered Mail can be requested while placing order. Customer will have to include the extra costs.
  8. All items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable unless on special conditions.
  9. We will not be held for any responsible due to lost/delay/damage due to mail.
  10. All our packaging is protected with bubble wrap to minimise damage due to mail.
  11. No changing or cancellation of orders are allowed once payment had been made.
  12. Mailing Days are from Monday to Friday.
  13. Note that the actual colour and brilliancy may differ slightly from the image shown due to lighting and other photographic conditions.
